There is no better recognition for a chef than being part of the Michelin Guide. Obtaining a Michelin Star is the best reward for hard work and hours of dedication in front of the kitchen. And this joy came, in 2019, to Tula Restaurant; a small and simple place, located in the Arenal Beach, directed by Borja Susilla and Clara Puig. With this award, haute cuisine continued to find its place in Xàbia along with the Stars of Bon Amb.
But the satisfaction does not end there, the effort to continue staying in the prestigious gastronomic club paid off. At the end of 2020 and despite the difficult situation in the hospitality sector due to the pandemic, Tula once again revalidated the title. Tula maintains its Michelin Star and proof of this has been the delivery, by Makro Spain and the Michelin Guide, of the Michelin 2021 plate.
