El Mayor of Xàbia, José Chulvi, has received this morning the prestigious soprano Ana María Sánchez, who is giving, during this week, singing master classes to the students of the Conservatory.
Sanchez has signed in the municipality's book of honor and has been presented with a facsimile of the Official Title of the Villa. The soprano, accompanied by a group of professors from the conservatory, has talked with the municipal official about the current cultural landscape and the great challenges it faces.
Ana María Sánchez is a professor at the San Sebastián Higher Music Center -Musikene- and her great international career is known, in which she has sung in numerous theaters, from the Metropolitan of New York to La Fenice in Italy, passing by the Liceu and the Royal Theater.
