Cystitis is an infection of the bladder, and its symptoms are urinating more often and with a burning sensation, blood in the urine, cloudy urine with a strong smell, pelvic discomfort, and occasionally, low fever.
Causes of cystitis
The most common cause of cystitis is the entry of intestinal bacteria into the urethra. And this is made easier with the baths on the beach and in the pools, with the humidity of the swimsuits and with the changes in temperature. Other less frequent causes of cystitis are: reaction to certain medications, radiation therapy, and irritants such as spermicides or intimate hygiene sprays. Treatment for cystitis

Kidney colic
Kidney colic is the other problem that becomes more frequent in summer. They are distinguished by a very strong sudden pain, caused by stones in the duct that goes from the kidney to the urinary tract. The high temperatures produce more sweating and therefore, a more concentrated urine. What are the recommendations to prevent kidney colic? Drink plenty of liquid, fruit and vegetables, and decrease salty foods, which can increase the amount of calcium in the urine.
