In the case of the Bic Techno and Youth Open Foil classes, Momparler has indicated that the Club Náutico Jávea expedition faces very strong rivals, from Andalusia, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. However, Momparler has remarked that they can be among the best at the end of the championship and cites as one of those who can best be as Alex Ortega who has already reached these positions in previous championships.
