The Ministry of Universal Health and Public Health has confirmed 7 new positive cases through PCR, a figure that has not occurred since March 8. At that time the trend was one of growth, but once the contagion curve was broken, the decline began. The total number of positives is 11.080.
At the other extreme are discharges to patients with coronavirus. In the last 24 hours, 144 new ones have been registered, bringing the total to 11.010 since the pandemic began in the Valencian Community. On the other hand, 3.027 of the total cases detected since the beginning are currently active, which represents 19,59%.
Currently there are only 33 people requiring ICU in the entire Community. For its part, the number of hospitalized coronavirus patients is 221 people.
Since Sunday there has been a death, which brings to 1.413 people who have died in the Valencian Community from coronavirus. Likewise, the number of discharges of health professionals is 2.150 and the total number of positives in professionals at the moment is 559.
The total number of tests carried out for the detection of the coronavirus has been 291.306, of which 197.885 have been through PCR and 93.421 through rapid tests.
