Around 20:00 p.m. this Tuesday there was a small fire in a restaurant in the historic center of Xàbia. This is the restaurant La Parrilla, located on calle Sant Bertomeu. The flames originated in the kitchen, although at the moment the causes that caused the fire are unknown.
The notice entered at 19:48 p.m. and was controlled at 20:21 p.m., extinguishing it at 21:11 p.m. The rapid action of firefighters and emergency services has meant that the fire was controlled and no major damage was produced, since it only affected the kitchen area.
Luckily there have been no injuries. The firefighters have worked on the extinction and ventilation of the premises, extracting the large amount of smoke that has been produced in this small establishment.
The Red Cross, Local Police and Firefighters have also attended the scene of the event.
