After the 20 hours on Thursday, there was an accident on the Cansalades crossing, near the Pinosol area. Apparently, a vehicle, with Belgian license plate, has left the track in the section of a curve for unknown reasons and has hit the wall of a wall igniting in flames.
According to witnesses, the car was moving from El Poble Nou de Benitatxell towards Xàbia. The occupants, two couples between 60 and 70 years, were injured by fractures and polyontusions.
Firefighters from the Regional Park of Dénia, the Red Cross, European Friends, SAMU and a doctor from the health center of Xàbia have come to the site of the incident.
The neighbors and a driver saved the lives of the injured as they were taken out of the burning car, according to police sources.
