The Department of Universal Health and Public Health makes flexible measures related to physical activity and sports comxicotetions from this Friday to adapt them to the current epidemiological situation. The main novelties are that certain sports comxicotetions can be resumed and that the maximum number of people who can play sports in a group under the supervision of a monitor or monitoria is increased.
Specifically, four types of championships can be retaken: official professional federative comxicotetions at an international and national level and official non-professional comxicotetions at an international and national level; federative official comxicotetions of autonomic and inferior scope; Autonomous Championship of University Sports and Sports Games. This type of comxicotetion, when they are regional or lower, will be held without an audience.
In all four cases, it is advisable to avoid, if possible, collective transport, as well as the use of changing rooms and showers. In addition, minors, during training sessions, may be accompanied by an adult who will enter the facilities always avoiding crowds.
Regarding the physical and sports activity of individual modalities directed by professionals, it can be carried out in groups of maximum 10 people. When it is done on your own, without a monitor, the limitation to 4 people remains in force. In both cases, the exercise must be done keeping a safe distance.
On the other hand, the sport practice that is carried out in teaching, extracurricular or complementary activities during the school day, will be governed by the protocols in force at all times for schools.
These measures are in effect from this Friday, March 26, until 23:59 p.m. on April 12 and are part of the de-escalation "slow" that the Valencian Community is undertaking in response to the evolution of the coronavirus transmissibility indicators and the current healthcare capacity.
