The renovation work on the sidewalks of Avenida Juan Carlos I goes out to tender

The Governing Board of Xàbia approved, this past Monday, to open the tender for the redevelopment of Juan Carlos I Avenue, section between the numbers 65 to 75.

This action deals with the renovation of the sidewalks and has a tender base budget of 118.517,78 euros (plus VAT), the execution period is three months.

This tender, like that of the Triana bridge, was published Tuesday on the public procurement platform and this opens the deadline for companies to submit their offers until the November 18.

It was time for them to look at that stretch of sidewalks, a very dangerous section with a fatal outrage with a victim included and hopefully they do it well without letting the cars park in the battery-powered way they are doing now and signaling the Pedestrian crossings with light for the night, since it has become an avenue instead of a road as it was before.

What a shame of sidewalks and what luck, they are going to fix it !!, In the Arenal we do not even have them the street that goes from the Mas and Mas new to the roundabout of the Haya and Brussels street, that is the Cabo Road from the Nao Plá to the roundabout of the Consum, also called Calle del Plá or in Google Avda de la Placita, it has neither sidewalks, nor lighting, nor sewage system.
The City Council is shameful, rather of the Court of Guard. But yes, we will have a Heated Pool, Auditorium, and a host of things that are probably not as necessary as discussed above. But a sidewalk seems to not win votes or take photos.
    Mayor, El Arenal also exists!

I hope they do not make any fudge on the sidewalks and do them well, because whenever they do works they crap it ..
