[Survey result]: Do you think the de-escalation will be effective in fighting COVID-19?

August 11 from 2020 - 00: 33

With the start of the De-escalation Plan and the gradual return to the New Normal, after being confined for 99 days under the decreed State of Alarm, due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), many were the doubts of the citizens before a possible regrowth.

From this medium we launched a survey asking about this fact: Do you think the de-escalation will be effective to fight COVID-19? Now, after almost two months of free movement for mobility, although with health measures to take into account, the figures rise again.

Spain returns to have worrying data in general, but in the Marina Alta it seems that the figures of infections and deaths have remained, although in recent weeks, the data have varied highlighting some regrowth in some of the populations.

Clear figures rise, but with a different health situation. At this time, the vast majority of people with positive for COVID-19 do not require hospitalization and the number of deaths is much lower than these months ago. But, were these results coming? According to the responses to our survey, of the 576 voters, almost half, 43%, already predicted that the exit was too early and that there could be an increase in infections.

We leave you the total results:
