Tosca Restaurant was born in Javea on June 13, 2006 with the aim of occupying a preferential place in the minds of its customers.

Located in the Arenal area and opposite the Parador, they have a terrace that borders the channel of the “Marina Nou Fontana” marina from which you can enjoy privileged views of the Bay of this small town on the Costa Blanca.

In May 2019, its employees Ferrán Ayora and Julien Buyle, decided to take the direction of Tosca and turn the place towards a seasonal menu, with local products, supporting small local producers.

Cuisine with Franco-Belgian roots, adapted to the Mediterranean, its chef Julien offers you a creative, sensible gastronomy and harmony between products, which, together with the philosophy of close, professional treatment and maximum attention to the client, makes them feel proud to hold a special mention in the Michelin guide.

Among suggestive dishes, its roasted sea bass with wild fennel. For lovers of red meat the Chateaubriand, both in salt crust and highly recognized among customers.

They also have heated cellar and a careful wine list, with more than 100 national and international references, advised by Ferrán, a qualified sommelier.

In 2020, in Tosca Restaurant they made the decision to give the place a more personal and Mediterranean air, combining noble materials such as wood, Tosca (native stone), esparto, natural linen fabrics and softer colors. that make the interior and the terrace a cozy room, giving the diner a feeling of tranquility and well-being.
