Restaurante Sur celebrates International Celiac Day with a gastronomic conference 100% gluten free

The next 27 of May is the International Day of the Celiac and to celebrate it the South restaurant organizes a gastronomic days on 24, 25, 26 and 27 days in May in which all the dishes of your menu will be 100% gluten free.

The restaurant has been recognized for the second consecutive year as the best gluten-free restaurant in the Valencian Community by ACECOVA.

Presentations on gluten

Within the framework of these days, a series of lectures will be held on Saturday 25 in May in which the following topics will be discussed: consulting, the development of healthy gluten-free products and the importance of Associationism in the celiac world. All the papers are open to the public.

At the 11: 30h will begin the conference of Elisa Martinez from the consultant Aglutinante. At the 12: 00 will be the turn of Ivan Tortosa, CEO of APCEL and the 12: 30h will speak Maria Eugenia Canalías, President of ACECOVA (Association of Celiacs of the Valencian Community).

These activities are carried out within the programming of this year in which they fulfill 60 years: "Restaurante Sur, 60 years with you".
