Portitxol restaurant, tradition par excellence
Portitxol cuisine is based on the Mediterranean product, with elaborate dishes, preserving the quality and without much seasoning. Run by chef Ana Pons Bolufer, the restaurant bases its philosophy on the fact that good products do not need great dressings to be able to enjoy them if they are of high quality.
Its kitchen contains a varied menu of dishes to share, both first and second and also a choice of individual main course. The restaurant's new kitchen is formal, delicious and fun at the same time.
And of course, it is necessary to highlight its rice dishes at noon and the varied offer of fish; smoked, dried, stewed and grilled fish such as the great selection of wines with special emphasis on the vineyards of the Mediterranean coast.
