After 15 pm on Sunday, the firefighters were alerted to an emergency in the area of La Plana of Xàbia. A young woman, about 15 years old, had fallen into an old, unused water tank in the area near Els Molins.
According to the Efe Agency, sources close to the case have been informed on Monday, the girl fell about five meters high while trying to take some photos, since, apparently, a trapdoor was open and was trapped inside.
The young woman, once rescued by firefighters through a staircase that they entered in the hollow, was attended by health personnel with scratches on one arm and, in principle, did not present "serious injuries or fractures", have explained the same sources.
The event occurred this Sunday, shortly before 15.45:XNUMX p.m., in a well located on Alfarrasí street in that town in the north of the Alicante province, near Molinos de la Plana, riding a the Montgo.
The rescue also involved the Local Police, the Civil Guard of Xàbia and an ambulance.
