CEIP Graüll teachers will exchange teaching methods with centers in Europe

Eight professors from CEIP Graüll de Xàbia, through the Erasmus + program, participate in the Captivating Innovation project, in which they will have the opportunity to develop and improve their professional skills by conducting training courses and observation periods of good educational practices ( jobshadowing) in
centers in Denmark, Italy, Malta and Iceland.

These activities, which are carried out during two school courses, will allow teachers to share experiences with other European colleagues to address common challenges such as the development of digital skills, inclusion, language learning, as well as teacher training in new methodologies that revert in the improvement of their teaching practice, giving special importance to techniques that contribute to the attention to the diversity of the students and to their integral personal and competence development.

The director of CEIP Graüll said that participating in Erasmus + is "Open the doors of our center to Europe. Teachers will benefit from the mobility included in the project and the opportunities that learning abroad will provide, in order to continue improving our teaching practice. With this project we are moving towards the educational internationalization of CEIP Graüll. "

From the educational center work is already being done, through activities framed in the European Development Plan, issues of the member countries of the European Union as traditions, etc. to generate European awareness to achieve the internationalization of the school and the strengthening of values European commons throughout the educational community.

In addition, the objective of the Erasmus + project is also to improve the quality of the multilingual program and to train teachers in new methodologies that revert to the improvement of their teaching practice among other important issues.
