The mountain section of the Llebeig Athletics Club is immersed in the preparations for the first edition of the Xàbia Mountain Half Marathon, a tough and beautiful race through the places of Monte de la granadella.
The test, organized in collaboration with the Department of Sports of the Javea Town HallOn Sunday 17 2013 February it will be held. In the 9: 30h will exit the showpiece of 21km travel from the Pinosol Park.
From there climb the mountain of Granadella, where several forest tracks will be traveled, paths such as gurugú and Teuleries, and you will pass by the Levante viewpoint, the castle of La Granadella and the cove of the same name.
For those who prefer to walk, there will be a shorter version of 12,9km, which will take the departure at 9: 35h.
There will be liquid supplies at a couple of points along the route and a solid and liquid one at the Granadella cove, as well as gifts for all participants and trophies for the winners.
