They seal two of the five illegal premises that were still open in Punta del Arenal

May 13 from 2022 - 19: 03

The Local Police of Xàbia has proceeded to the mandatory closure of two of the five premises that were still open despite having a closure order. The owners received, a few days ago, the last notification of the closure so that they could do so voluntarily. But when the day came, and given the refusal of the premises, the agents have sealed both restaurants.

On the other hand, there are three stores open today, which belong to the same business group and also have the closure order. The closing order is set for the next few days.

Although since this business group have claimed to have resorted to the order and for this reason they remain open, from the consistory they confirmed at the time that the closure must be carried out within the period marked in the last notification.

No license for 15 years??? Let the guy from chulvi face us and give us explanations to the rest of the citizens and hoteliers. But let's face it! And the opposition parties that are allied to force him to give it and to resign ALL the council.

What tease is this? What are you up to? The rest of the hoteliers do not allow us to have a terrace because according to them their regulations do not allow it (they do not change it because they do not feel like it). I wish you jail or worse, for being corrupt, prevaricators and scoundrels.

By the way, lacking a license, have these places paid municipal fees or have they been free for all these years? GIVE EXPLANATIONS, THEY OWE US FOR THAT WE PAY YOU.

To all the city council, you are ashamed, you are miserable. RESIGN IF YOU STILL HAVE SOME DIGNITY.

Exactly, that's the issue here, to some, as you well explain, they apply the regulations and to others, like this guy, they don't. And on top of that he gets pissed off, goes dignified and threatens to take the City Council to trial. 15 years allowing him to do what has come out of his nose.

Sure! She makes a bit of laughter what she says, investigate and investigate more, not only local restaurants... she would be surprised how many people wait to get the license and more than how long it takes to do it. Do you think they give you a license as soon as you open? Here one dies and they have even given it to them… they only make excuses of endless laws and regulations that nobody understands and they drag it out… so it is normal that they look for hits everywhere and they give it as they please.

Any news on last Sunday's machete fight? Something about the increase in crime? Assaults and robberies go up but I don't see anything through this "news portal". It is necessary that the premises of the siesta mug be closed in accordance with the law, but it would be more important to report on the fact that a score of guys met in the Plaza de la Constitución to fight with knives and clean machetes. By the way, there were injuries. There will be some witness or is it that the families who were quietly hanging out there do not exist.

Tank two locals and the ones from 'Javea Company' right? Caram, who is strange, right? Jose deu de tindre mal de cap, but of course, I'll turn on a 'nolotil', I don't know if it will be a good idea… the other locals yes, the Edgars no… 2+2 is 5, Lord Mayor?

  4. lagado virtues says:

What an image we give with this chaos of municipal management, since there are no premises without a license in Jávea.

    • Lulu says:

If it is like that, I suppose they will know…since they are closing places that investigate all the premises…what a lack of control then

  5. IgnacioG says:

That happens for not paying or correcting all the requirements received for 15 years.
