Last Sunday, October 31, the I sprint Trail de L'Abdet organized by the Town hall from Confrides/L'Abdet and Costa Blanca Trails. The mountain race consisted of a 16,2 km route and a positive slope of 1010 m.
Several athletes from the Club Atletisme Llebeig Xàbia They went to this first appointment getting very good results. In fact, athlete Lisa Childs took third place in the veteran category crossing the finish line with a time of 2: 17.38.
For his part, Eduardo Vallés was 14th in his category with a time of 1: 52.22. David Donate stopped the clock in 2: 18.44 and Madelane Powell made the race in 3: 08.37, being the 13th in her category.
10K Olive Nova
This past weekend the I edition of the 10K Oliva Nova in which more than 850 runners participated, including several athletes from Xàbia who achieved very good results. A part of the route passed through the golf course.
The runners from Club Atletisme Llebeig de Xàbia who attended this sporting event were: Joan Fullana with a time of 42:18, Antonio Morillo 43:49, Mark Langley 48:41, Marsha Vanthull 51:31, Alexandra Collinson 1:02: 59, Ángeles Llidó 1:03:47.
Cross Alcoy
In addition, in the Cross de Alcoy, the young athletes from Llebeig participated: Iván Gómez, Carlos González and Ana González Duran. Ana got second place in her category.
