The housing situation in the Valencian Community is difficult. A few days ago we knew that Xàbia is the second municipality in all of Spain where it costs more to buy a home compared to what you earn. In addition, rents for habitual residence are almost non-existent or at astronomical prices.
This situation occurs not only in Xàbia, but in various coastal towns in the Community and in most European cities. But, how has this situation come to be? What is being done to reverse it in the Valencian Community? What can and should be done in Xàbia?
The answers to these questions will be given by the Autonomous Secretary of Housing and member of the Círculo Podem Xàbia, Alejandro Aguilar, next Friday, March 3, at 18:30 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Soler Blasco Museum, located in C/Mayor nº12.
The talk-colloquium will offer the opportunity for attendees to ask questions to the Autonomous Secretary xabiero.
Please invite Mayor Chulvi, promising him a photo and that you will let him explain his position on this problem. Ask him to come, and we can check his decision.
Living place? What housing? The one they rent to tourists?
Pablo Iglesias could support the talk.
Could you explain to us how you get out of a shitty apartment, get involved in politics, buy a villa with a pool in one of the most expensive places in Madrid, and then run away like a rat.
So we see what people think.
Majete.
It must be painful to live with so much hate
Of course, you are a flower of love podemita.
But I shit on the miserable ones who sign up for politics to get a villa with a pool and then leave.
Like Pablo Iglesias, the leader of Podemos
As easy as buying a home, reforming it and making it available to the neighbors who suffer the most when it comes to finding a house.
A pity that they want to do new work having abandoned and occupied buildings in Jávea such as those of the Pla.
If I were governing, my hands would not tremble in negotiating with the corresponding identity and knowing that there is a lot of money in the municipal coffers to buy them, reform them and give them to the neighbors, whatever the cost.
But we already know that those who govern us are very stubborn.
In many towns they have already done so by buying apartment blocks and giving outlets to those young people who want to become independent and cannot because of the high prices.
In Jávea there is plenty of housing and that was made public by this Podemos party, apart from many others who see that Jávea is suffering the curse of cement and overcrowding.
Hopefully some political candidate says we are going to buy a house, we are going to reform it and make it available to the most needy people.
Your proposal is interesting but no political party is going to do it. They are never going to invest public money in that because that is sadly not on their agenda. It is a utopia and at this point in the film we should all be clear about it.
There is plenty of housing yes, above all there is plenty of tourist housing that is not listed
