Until December 31, the Torre dels Ducs de Medinaceli de El Verger is the setting for the traveling exhibition L'Art to the Marina Alta. An exhibition in which a total of 24 artists from the region participate, of which 8 are from Xàbia: María Cardona, Simón Sart, Andrés Lambert, Lucía Tachó, Jaume Monfort, Tomás Sivera, Pepe Sart and Natalia Ribes.
L'Art to the Marina Alta is organized by l'Institut d'Estudis Comarcals de la Marina Alta (IECMA) and the Fundació Baleària. In addition, prominent artists such as Joan Castejón, Inma Mengual, Joan Llobell, Ramón Pérez Carrió or José Vidal Pérez, also come together in this show.
The exhibition will only be exhibited in Pego (which was from October 21 to November 20), in El Verger (from November 24 to December 31), in Benissa and in Pedreguer.
The exhibition, which arose as a result of the initiative to make a calendar for 2021 with works by the artists of the Marina Alta, is curated by Josep Antoni Ahuir, from the IECMA and the artist from Dénia, Juan Caravaca.
