The xabiera, Nuria Cardona, comes from getting the title of the Preferred Provincial League with CB Benidorm, a team where she has been active since this season.
The female cadet team of CB Benidorm finished the first part of the season as leader in the Preferred category, without losing a single game. They only gave a draw. In the second part of the championship they remained the best team, with only one defeat.
That is why this team has set a great season and achieves the category of the Autonomous League where the best teams of the Valencian Community are located, one of the highest level in the national territory.
In this way, Nuria Cardona, is following the steps taken by her older sister, María Cardona, who combines her presence in the youth team and in the first team of the CB Benidorm, being one of the regulars in the Valencian Youth Team.
