The Nautical Fair of Xàbia, the II Sea Weekend, located this past weekend in the marina and tourist Marina Nou Fontana had a large number of attendees.
Visitors who came to this outdoor exhibition could see a variety of boats up to 8 meters in length, knowing the many services offered at the nautical level thanks to the offer of 30 companies present in more than 3.000 meters exhibition squares.
The fair had a greater number of exhibitors, and hosted various lectures and activities. "Last year we did a linear route that was very good, but in this edition the route is circular, surrounding the marina and I think we have succeeded", said Juan Fontes, manager of Marina Nou Fontana.
In turn, the Mayor of Xàbia, José Chulvi, indicated at the opening that “This new bet of distribution of the route of the fair is very positive. Surely it will benefit the exhibitors and visitors. "
Between the offer of leisure that was realized during the days they emphasized the chats, the presentation of the Triathlon of Xàbia, III Memorial Edu Monfort, that will celebrate the 22 of September as well as the activities of excursions in boat by the coast of Xàbia, in motorcycle of water or diving baptisms.
A kayak fishing contest was also held in the Bay of Xabia in which 25 people participated. In addition, the first Days of Vintage Diving were presented, which will be held in Spain, the 25 and 26 of May in Xàbia.
