The Ibiza Athletics Club organized the first edition of the '5K PLAYA D'EN BOSSA' race that was held this past Sunday, April 11, 2021. It was a test approved by the Spanish Athletics Federation for which it was included in the national road racing calendar.
This race should have been held on March 1, but due to the extension of sanitary restrictions, it was postponed. On this occasion, the test had all the sanitary hygiene protocols and the number of participants was limited to 150 places.
Among the athletes was the athlete from Xàbia, Moha Rida, who got the first place in M35, completing the 5.000-meter course in 15:37. In addition, Rida was ranked 5th in the general classification. Rida points out that it was a very fast race that had a high level of athletes.
