The La Falzia viewpoint is the panoramic point where you can see a large part of the coastline of Xàbia. The views that can be seen range from the Cap de Sant Antoni and Cap Prim to the imposing image of the Cap Negre and l'Illa del Portitxol.
Without a doubt, this viewpoint is one of the must-sees and we could say, essential, in the visit route of the 15 viewpoints of Jávea.

Where is it located?
The Falzia viewpoint is located at the end of Cap Negre, at the top of a cliff about 150 meters above sea level. Its access is through the Portitxol road until reaching Calle Pagre. Following the indications and entering the urbanization you reach the path that takes you to this magnificent observatory.

To visit this beautiful space on the Mediterranean Sea, you can drive along the Portitxol road, taking advantage of the visit to the other viewpoints, or by taking a short cut along the Guardia road and accessing this point directly. The detour crossing to access the viewpoint is as follows:
What views does it offer?
This viewpoint is a balcony to Portitxol. Crossing a short path between a pine forest and vegetation, you reach the first line of this point. The impressive Illa del Portitxol captures the gaze, although we cannot stop looking at its surroundings.
The clear water allows you to see the seabed, its rocks and the outstanding algae meadows such as Posidonia oceanica. If we look up to the left we can see Cabo de San Antonio in the background and Cap Prim (or Cap de Sant Martí) closer by, two of the most representative geographical landmarks of the Xàbia coastline.
The known Barraca cove or Portitxol with its traditional white houses of old fishermen is another of the icons that can be seen from this viewpoint. On the other side, if we look to the right, we see Cap Negre.
