Both players are the fruit of the Club Handbol Xàbia quarry that, from the hand of Pep Hierro, has made them grow as athletes. In her youth stage, María went to the BM Morverdre team, where she made her debut in the highest category of national handball. After a year of learning, she decided to return closer to home and last season she played for BM Benidorm.
Elena was with her father defending the colors of Villa Blanca Altea and now this step comes in handy since they will be able to combine their studies in Valencia. Intense preseason
The preseason for both will begin next week, as Ximo Fillol has summoned his 17 players to the Rio tracks. In this scenario and during two sessions they will carry out a series of physical tests and tests in order to assess the state of the team in general and that of each player in particular.
