El Town hall de El Poble Nou de Benitatxell has renewed, one more year, the collaboration agreement with Xàbia for the use of the municipal swimming pool for a value of 14.000 euros. The agreement guarantees those registered in the neighboring municipality the use of the indoor pool with the same conditions as the residents.
In addition to the subsidized rates for the registered in Xàbia, the agreement includes the use of the swimming pool to carry out the two activities related to the bath offered by Xàbia: Swimming courses of the Municipal School for children and therapeutic swimming, aimed at people with health problems or who need rehabilitation.
The agreement was signed this morning by the Councilor for Sports of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell, Toni Colomer, and that of Xàbia, Alberto Tur. Both have highlighted the good relationship that the municipalities maintain in terms of sports, which have already been renewing this pact for six consecutive years.
