One of the popular festivals in the municipality of Xàbia is the celebration of the Mare de Déu dels Àngels, a festival that takes place in the area of La Plana Township. The mayorales and mayoralesas are appointed from one year to the next and are in charge of organizing the holiday weekend in honor of the patron saint.
This year the charge of the youth played six couples who prepared eagerly Day events 1 and 2 August. The activities have been varied and have been since processions and Masses to celebrate Children's Day on Saturday afternoon with inflatables, games and snack and fellowship dinners to which were invited all the locals and friends and that He followed them a fun tombola and an evening of music and dancing.
