The Joves País Valencià - Compromís La Marina have started the year hard. Last week they sent a letter to the Minister of Development, José Luís Ábalos, demanding the liberalization and free of charge of the AP7 toll road.
Taking advantage of the Christmas format, the letter expresses the desire of young people for the new year, although they themselves highlight their distrust of the minister's management, "That since he is in charge of the development portfolio practically every week there is a news item where he agrees to liberalize the tolls of the AP-7 toll road and in a few days he denies it and changes his criteria. We are fed up with the constant deceptions of Minister Ábalos towards the Valencian ones ".
The letter, sent from the post office of Dénia, is accompanied by tickets collected by the members of the group "As a protest for the economic and mobility discrimination that Valencians suffer when paying these tolls".
Young people consider that "A good gesture by the Ministry of Public Works that would demonstrate its real commitment to the liberalization of the AP-7 would be the application of bonuses in the Valencian tolls, as is already being done in Catalonia, and the total gratuity of the tolls for the young boys".
