Given the news that appeared in different media and after the publication of the informative note published by the General Directorate of Local Administration dated March 2, which indicates that the municipalities “They have the possibility of exonerating potential beneficiaries of Plan Resistir aid, which includes
the help Parenthesis, of this requirement ".
The federation that brings together the five associations of merchants, businessmen and hoteliers of Xàbia, has requested the Xàbia Town Hall, the flexibility of these aids, by eliminating the requirement demanded in the bases of the Parenthesis Aid that obliges applicants to up to date with the different public bodies, by decree.
As well as, in order not to harm the potential beneficiaries with these modifications, we consider that this decree should also extend the deadline for applications by five more business days.
Through this request, we extend to the government of Xàbia, the consideration of the governments of other municipalities regarding these aids, since they have obvious «Reasons of public interest, justified in the need to adopt urgent support measures to strengthen the sectors seriously affected in the economy and to try to avoid a further deterioration of the business fabric of the population, while helping to preserve the occupation".
