The cooks of the Restaurant Tula de Xàbia are in third place as Chef Revelation of 2019 in Madrid Fusion

About noon today, January 30, and as a closing to the culinary event, haute cuisine, Madrid Fusion, was awarded the prize for Best Chef 2019 Revelation, category in the choice of the chefs of Xàbia, Clara Puig de la Bellacasa and Borja Susilla, from the Tula Restaurant.

Those of Xàbia have obtained a third position, after María Gómez, from Magoga (Cartagena), who has obtained the second place. Fernando Alcalá, from the KAVA restaurant in Marbella, has won the award.

The dishes of these chefs have been evaluated by a jury composed of more than eighty gastronomic experts.
