El Town hall de Jávea has organized an exhibition with the works of the students, from 2005 to the present, of Graphic Design of the School of Art and Superior Design of Valencia under a sample that receives the name of "Sent i respira valencià". In the exhibition you can find graphic materials with a very peculiar theme such as fruits and vegetables, native flora, bones and muscles or the bullring. The exhibition will open next Friday and will be open to the public at the Lambert Arts Center until February 1.
The works that will be presented in the exhibition hall were made to support the Valencian promotion campaigns, commissioned by the Linguistic Normalization Unit of the Diputación de Valencia. The projects that will be exhibited in the sample have been those that the Provincial Council has considered to best represent what is Valencian: a useful language, which looks to the future and a living language for the 21st century.
More activities to promote the Valencian
Promotion Agency Valenciano de Xàbia, AVIVA, has prepared a dubbing workshop for high school students in order to disseminate and promote the use of our language. The workshop will be led by Francesc Fenollosa and divided into two sessions 75 minutes, the first one will be held at the House of Culture with the participation of students in the two IES of Jávea next January 22.
