Last Friday, the political formations of Xàbia, Partido Popular y Ciudadanos por Jávea, each one celebrated their traditional Christmas meeting with their affiliates and supporters.
The spokesman for Citizens for Jávea, Juan Ortolà, spoke a few brief words to the attendees stating that they belong to a united group that works for the interests of his people and added that "From the municipal group of Citizens for Jávea, echoing what concerns the people of Javienses, we have hardened the work of opposition to the ineffective and erratic policy of the socialist municipal government."
For its part, the Popular of Jávea also celebrated their traditional 'Christmas Picaeta' along with militants, sympathizers and neighbors. The party president, José Sivera and the group's spokesperson, Rosa Cardona, addressed the attendees indicating that they will continue working for the good of Xàbia and its citizens.
Both political teams wished everyone a happy holiday.
