Labora offers help for unemployed people to undertake a business activity

The Ministry of Sustainable Economy, through Works, the Valencian Employment and Training Service, has called for aid for unemployed people to start a business activity.

The grants, which range between 2.500 and 5.000 euros depending on the situation of the unemployed person, can be requested from this Tuesday and until September 30 through the Labora website where information on the call will be available and will be enabled access to the electronic headquarters to formulate the request.

In order to apply for the aid, among other requirements that can be consulted on the Labora website, unemployed persons must have started autonomous activity as of January 1, 2020 and have remained unemployed while still registering as a claimant for employment at Labora Valencian Employment and Training Service until the start of the activity.

Applications must be submitted within two months from the start date stated in the Declaration of Registration in the Census of Taxpayers. People interested in these grants can obtain all the information in the CREAMA, through the network of Local Development Agencies (ADL) of Benissa, Calp, Dénia, Gata de Gorgos, Pedreguer, Pego, Teulada-Moraira and Xàbia.

In addition, the project must have an innovative character and meet conditions of technical, economic and financial viability, which will require the report of any of the entities, public or private, included in the Entity Map of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem of the Valencian Community.
