La Perla de Jávea It is a restaurant of the Arenal Beach of Xàbia, which opened its doors for the first time, in 1984. Since then, the effort and perseverance has given him the success of a cuisine based on simplicity and Mediterranean products.

The family essence persists in this gastronomic place, since the four sons of Antonio and Loli are currently in charge: Vicky and Alejandro in the room and Sergio and Sonia in the kitchen. Although maintaining the tradition, La Perla de Jávea has passed, in recent years, to be a gourmet restaurant that delights new flavors.

The rices are one of their delicacies and they count in the letter with up to twelve varieties elaborated with the best seasonal ingredients, fresh and local product.

His dishes are accompanied by an impressive wine cellar, which integrated into the center of the room, contains more than 150 wine references, perfectly tempered, with humidity and temperature controls to keep all the wines in the ideal conditions.

Its dining room, diaphanous, is designed with refined lines and natural and noble materials, such as solid oak or polished stone, and neutral colors in which light acquires a leading role. Its views of the sea, the Arenal Beach, Cape San Antonio and the Montgó make the stay even more pleasant, intimate and romantic.
