The Board of Festes de Moros i Cristians of Xàbia, organ in which the twelve filaes that make up the party are represented, has announced new developments in its management positions. Fernando Piles, who will continue as president, has explained that "involve the rest of the rows more", since until now the managerial positions were distributed among members of the same filà as Fernando Piles, Trabuquers.
And it is that, precisely in 2018 the filà Trabuquers will show off the captaincy, something that "It is a great effort for all the components of the filà and both responsibilities are incompatible with the importance and requirement required by the Board of Festivals".
In this way, Piles will have the managerial support of Florencio Mata (of the filà Ballesters), Emilio Bañuls (filà Almoradins) that will occupy the position of vice-chairmen of the Board. On the other hand, Jesús De la Rocha (filà Jalufos) will be in charge of the Treasury and Begoña Moral and Belén Moral (filà Xibia) of the Secretariat of the party.
With these developments, the president intends "to distribute the responsibilities among all the members of the Board and to imply, even more if possible, the different ranks represented". Also, give more prominence to the new vice presidents "They are well known for their veteran and respected by the party"adds Piles.
