The Civil Guard has developed two operations against retail in the towns of Calpe and Villajoyosa. In the
first, two men of Spanish nationality (50) and Colombian nationality (38) were arrested and in the second a Spanish woman of 36 years, all three as alleged perpetrators of a drug trafficking crime. All have been released with charges.
Calpe
This operation was initiated following the detection of a retail cocaine sales center in Calpe during the month of October. The main suspect was a Spaniard who made constant trips to Madrid, where he got almost pure cocaine, then adulterated at home and get more doses, therefore more benefit, for each gram.
This person was not new to the job, his police record showed that he had been detained some time ago at the Colombian airport trying to bring more than 7 kilos of cocaine in Spain. The experience made him be more cautious in the retail sale in Calpe, and he took strong security measures before making the transaction of paper with his clients. He also had an accomplice who also helped him sell the drug.
The Civil Guard of Calpe has arrested these two people as alleged authors of a crime of drug trafficking. In the registry of the home of the supposed principal author, they have seized 100 grams of cocaine, 15 grams of marijuana, several mobile phones, precision scales and a list of chemical substances and products with which to adulterate cocaine. The two detainees have been released on charges.
Villajoyosa
In the town of Villajoyosa, the Civil Guard has acted before the alarm of the neighbors of a property near a secondary school. In him resided a woman with two minors in his charge, who apparently supplied drugs at all hours in his home.
In addition to causing neighbors inconvenience, the agents had to act diligently, because the presence of minors in the surroundings required it. They feared that some of them would come to this address to buy or consume narcotic substances.
60 grams of speed, close to 7 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of methamphetamine, 14 ecstasy pills, as well as several grams of marijuana, crystal, 3.935 euros in cash, 25 mobile terminals, have been seized in the house register. two reclose scales, two cameras and a computer.
The investigations suggest that the high number of mobile phones could be due to their being used as currency to obtain the drug, and that their origin could be illegal (that they had previously been stolen for that purpose).
The woman, a Spaniard of 36 years, detained as an alleged author of a crime of drug trafficking, has been released on charges.
