February 08 from 2025 - 10: 34

The Prosecutor's Office is requesting a five-year prison sentence for a man accused of a continued crime of burglary in a home in Xàbia during the summer of 2023. According to the indictment, the defendant acted on two occasions and has the aggravating circumstance of recidivism.

The first robbery occurred in the early hours of June 10, when the accused forced open the front door of the house, used sporadically by its owner, and stole a mobile phone and a video camera.

A month later, on July 11, the man returned to the house and, this time, used the keys that the owner kept near the door. In this second attack, he took two mobile phones and three cameras.
