The president of the Association of Merchants Xàbia Port, Cande Ros, announced the winners of the Contests of balconies, facades, shop windows and decorated streets being Bartolomé Ros Street awarded with 300 euros in cash, Pin Pan trade won by the showcase , 150 euros to spend in shops of the association and Sabina, a neighbor of Churruca Street, won first place to the best balcony. The prize, 150 euros to spend in associated stores.
The president of Xàbia Port appealed to the residents of Duanes for the next editions, "The streets, shop windows and balconies have to wear at parties so I ask for more involvement in the decoration of streets, balconies and shop windows".
Ros said that, given the lack of participation of this 2018, it was proposed by the jury to leave the prizes deserted, but the president stressed that "it's not possible".
