The Football Federation of the Valencian Community informs of the suspension in full of the day foreseen for the weekend in all the categories of comxicotetion of territorial scope of soccer and futsal before the episode of cold drop that crosses the Valencian Community from the past Thursday and the recommendations of the autonomic Administration to avoid displacements by highway.
After the suspension yesterday of the scheduled day in the categories of football and football base room (Cadets, Children, Fry, Benjamin and Prebenjamines), the FFCV, after consulting their corresponding Comxicotetion Committees, has decreed the total suspension of the scheduled working day for the 20 and 21 of October in all the comxicotetions of territorial scope, including in this suspension the Juvenile categories, the Feminine Soccer comxicotetions and all the soccer and futsal Amateur.
The situation of alert for locally intense rains, provided by meteorological services, added to the closure of public facilities (sports centers, fields, pavilions ...) ruled by numerous municipalities of the three provinces and the complicated situation that crosses the road network of the Community Valenciana to date compels to appeal to common sense and prudence and suspend the whole next day.
The Committees of Comxicotetion of all the categories will inform shortly of the possibilities foreseen to recover this day within the current calendar.
Suspended national categories
At the request of the Football Federation of the Valencian Community, and taking into account the criterion of prudence in the trips planned for the weekend, the Royal Spanish Football Federation has authorized the suspension of matches of Valencian teams scheduled in the categories of field national as those of Group VI of the Third Division of football, those of the National Youth League and those of the 14 and 15 groups of the Third Division of Futsal.
