The hope of the hospitality industry: fill your tables during these days

19 March 2021 - 09: 07

They say that hope is the last thing to be lost and that is what hoteliers embrace, one of the sectors most affected by the pandemic.

The hospitality industry has had to live different and difficult episodes since the current health crisis began. The complete closure of businesses and the subsequent reopening, but with restrictions, has greatly affected the owners of bars, cafes and restaurants.

The hope of starting over has been the engine of many of them to gain strength and move on. The hope has been in being able to reactivate its activity. And although this has already had three phases, they hope that the latter will be the final one.

The shutters of these businesses began to open at the beginning of this month of March, but it was not until the arrival of the San José Bridge, with the relief of part of the restrictions, that the vast majority have decided to open, with the hope, that it is the definitive one.

After these holidays comes Holy Week and almost all of the hospitality industry has wanted to start a new season. The objective, to fill 100% of the tables that are allowed: 100% of the terraces with the established distance and 30% of the interior of the premises.

They are not the conditions with which the hospitality sector is 100% in agreement, since the time limitation also prevents the ability to provide more service, but as they say, "It is the last sacrifice that we have left to be able to stop this and start, to be able to be again, with all normality.

Being superior = one that is seen a lot by Jávea Company ...
And if: it is the one that we are all thinking ...
