The javiense ambassador of Spain in Latvia will be the guest of honor of the Living Chess

Tomorrow the XNUMXth edition of Living Chess will be held on the esplanade of the port, an event organized by the Mare de Déu de Loreto Festival Commission declared a festival of National Tourist Interest. In the act, in which the Town hall de Jávea and the Diputación de Alicante, there is always a guest of honor who handles the black chips. This year the guest will be Consuelo Femenía born in Jávea and who is currently the ambassador of Spain in Latvia.

This year the living chess wanted to turn around the theatrical performance and writers, and Álvaro Monfort María Buigues, they wanted music to be the true protagonist. That is why they have opted for a dynamic and fun story under the title "From slavery to Elvis" in which the history and evolution of rock and roll is told with the social and exclusion nuances that this entailed. As Monfort assured "the soundtrack of representation is spectacular and invite the audience to dance".

The XVIII edition of the Living Chess of Jávea will take place at 22: 30 h. on the esplanade of the port next to the Fishermen's Association on a giant chess board of 10x10 meters. The entrance to the event is free and free and the spectators will be able to observe the representation in the four stands that have been enabled around the board and that have a capacity of a thousand people.
