The collaboration project carried out by the Town hall de Jávea and the Aachen City Council (Germany), together with the Al Marge, espai d'art, Atelierhaus and Galerie 45 galleries. The objective of this program is to carry out a cultural exchange between Jávea and the German city by launching the exhibition " Aachen in Xàbia/Xàbia in Aachen".
During the month of August, specifically from August 2 to 27, 16 Germans and a total of about 80 pieces, will be exhibited in different parts of Jávea. The Al Marge gallery will bring together an artist's work as a summary. At Casa Tena, located on Calle Mayor, and on the Casa del Cable, on Avenida Marina Española, the rest of the works will be exposed. It is an exhibition that varies from painting, photography and sculpture to video and installation. On August 2, the inaugurations will be held in the different galleries, the first of which will be at 20:00 p.m. at the Lambert Arts Center.
8 30 to the September, will be the turn of the artists in our area in Aachen, Germany border city with Belgium and the Netherlands. Victor Alba, Joan Castejón, Vicente Colom, Josep Ginestar, Juan Carlos Lopez Davis, Renate Müller Drehsen, Evarist Navarro, Manolo Oyonarte, María Luisa Pérez, Ignacio Puras, Toni Santacreu and Lucía Zalbidea, will be responsible to present their artistic works in German city of Aachen. As stated Manolo Oyonarte Gallery Al Marge, Aachen is a very dynamic both commercially and culturally, city where art and culture are above many other things, so the initiative will be very positive for Jávea.
