Nutrition is the basis of health. For this reason, the Association of Autism Jávea has organized a charity talk so that we learn what to buy to eat healthy. From the hand of the nutritionist Mari Olivares Ferrer, guidelines will be given to improve our health with food on a daily basis.
The conference, in favor of the Autism Association, will be this Thursday, November 22 at 18:30 p.m. in the assembly hall of the House of Culture of Jávea. The ticket has a price of 5 euros in collaboration with the group.
