To mark the International Day Against Gender Violence (November 25), the Centro Deportivo Dénia launches the #aqualiaContigo Campaign, under the motto “You take the first step and Aqualia takes it with you”.
With this initiative, within the events organized by the Town hall de Dénia, a solidarity walk for Saturday, November 23, at 10:30 a.m., in which there will be a tour from the Sports Center to the Plaza del Consell. Thus, the kilometers added by the participants represent the support for the victims of gender violence.
This campaign counts on the collaboration of Aqualia and the Adecco Foundation in the organization of a camp whose objective is the reintegration of women victims of gender violence that includes workshops for their children.
At the end of the walk, the students of the dance school 'Denia Dance Academy by Miguel Angel Bolo ' they will represent a song based on the theme to which all the participants of the event can join.
On the day of the walk, participants can go from the 10 hours to the reception of the center to pick up their shirt. In addition, everyone can participate through the website www.aqualiacontigo.com. Once in it, walkers can register with just two clicks and, from there, start adding kilometers. Participants can download their bib number and share on twitter, with the hashtag #aqualiaContigo, their messages of support for the campaign and collaboration in the sum of kilometers. Across Spain, Aqualia aims to reach a total of 9.197 kilometers (number of employees of the company).
