Next Tuesday, March 22, the Provincial Court of Alicante will judge two men accused of beating up a resident of Xàbia who complained about the noise they made. These events took place during the early hours of August 14, 2018 after the victim called the attention of the defendants through the window of his house.
According to information from the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community, the two men were in the street making noise that bothered the person affected. For this reason, he rebuked them from within his domicile. Seeing that the defendants paid no attention, the man went down to the street.
There an argument began in which the defendants kicked and punched the neighbor all over his body and in the head. One of the assailants hit him in the mouth with a helmet, knocking out two of his teeth and leaving him unconscious on the ground.
For this reason, the Prosecutor's Office requests for each of the defendants a sentence of four and a half years in prison for a crime of injury.
