As indicated by the president of the Association, it will review the latest events in the Port of Jávea, as well as administrative silence to the requirements from PXU to the Ministry responsible for Direct Management of the Port of Xàbia, assigned to the CV, according to Art. 148, 1, 1a of the Constitution.
The imminent establishment of the Federation of Associations of Public Moorings of the Valencian Community, FAAPCV, with headquarters in the Port of Altea and presidency in Xàbia, will also be informed.
Another topic of interest, according to the order of the day, for the mountaineers of Xàbia, is the evolution of the allegations to the Ministerial Order on the application of the LIC in the Costa de Xàbia, and of the low participation of the citizens, "topic that should be included in the work table with the local social entities on the study of the Urban Planning of the Port of Xàbia planned to constitute", the president said.
