A few years ago I saw a budget of € 12M personnel in the Ayto. I guess now be higher. That is, more than 400 employees and officers for a town of 30.000 people, and in those 400 + are not clean, they are a contract, neither doctors nor teachers, who are of the Generalitat !!!. If gets you clean a public company, it will have lost all flexibility and cost control, all will be right, and eventually the costs will skyrocket because it will be politically impossible to stop its growth, and the proof is the growth tinuous's departure staff today in the Ayto.
