José Crespo (Trencall Restaurant): «This award is a motivation to continue working and improving»

José Crespo, chef of the restaurant Trencall, picked up, last night, the prize awarded by the Association of Restauradores de Xàbia for their professionalism in the kitchen. A recognition that José did not expect, "It has been a surprise, we are always trying to improve and work for the gastronomy of Xàbia but this award was not expected."

According to Crespo Xàbia.com, "All the prizes are a motivation and although we try to go to more every day, now with the prize we are more eager to continue working." And it is that, Trencall has almost 50 years offering the best dishes to the customer.

The local cuisine has been the line of work of this restaurant that opened its doors in 1970 under the command of José Crespo's parents and now, it has passed to the second generation. It should be noted that Restaurante Trencall has already achieved the recognition of the Association a few years ago for its professional career. "We are very grateful to the ARX for recognizing our work", Crespo said.
