A group of students from the Raquel Payà special education school in Dénia has visited our municipality in one of its educational activities to get to know different towns in the region. On their route they have visited the Town hall from Jávea where the mayor was waiting for them, José ChulviWho has shown them the building and spoke with them in the plenary hall. Chulvi has promised the group of students who return their visit to find out how they work in Raquel Payà.
The boys and girls have visited different places in Jávea such as the Cape San Antonio, Church of St. Bartholomew and the Historic Center of the municipality. The public school Raquel Payà in Dénia serves more than 70 adolescents from all over the Marina Alta who have special needs for educational support and helps them to promote rehabilitation activities aimed at improving their quality of life.
