El Javea Town Hall is installing a new Wi-Fi network within the WiFi4EU program financed by the European Union and which promotes free access for citizens to Wi-Fi connectivity in public spaces such as parks, squares, official buildings, libraries, health centers and museums in municipalities throughout the country. The Councilor for New Technologies, Ximo Segarra, explained that three networks have been planned to serve the three urban centres. In the Historic Center it has been deployed in the surroundings of the Town Hall, adding to the one that already provides service in Plaza Constitución from Play Jove.
